The City of Dawson is considering options for land development. KDO is running this survey to help City Council understand the residential land needs of Dawsonites so that new developments will be matched to your needs.
Regional Labour Market Development Strategy
We have just completed our new Regional Labour Market Development Strategy. It lays out clear labour information and actions for us to work on with governments and our community partners as we seek to help residents, newcomers and employers succeed and strengthen our economy.
Remember, job postings can be filed and found at Klondike Outreach or full online postings can be filed at YuWin.
Our thanks to all the professionals and organizations that attended our meetings and offered their suggestions. Special thanks to all the employers that participated in our survey that was so essential to this strategy – the full results can still be viewed.
Implementation steps are already underway and we look forward to announcing our first actions very soon. You can find the full strategy here.
