We know it can be difficult to find housing or the right site for your business if you are unfamiliar with the community. This can be a significant barrier to your success and our economy.
Subject to interest, our new database will list residential, commercial and industrial properties available for sale, rent and/or lease. Both vacant and developed sites will be included whether offered by government or private owners.
You will be able to enter your needs such as zoning, lot size, property and building attributes, price, time constraints, mineral claim encumbrances, utility access and others into the system and it will deliver you a list of currently or potentially available sites that meet those criteria. The sites will be mapped and you will be able to print this along with contact details for the appropriate individuals to investigate the sites further.
